I would just like to take the time to formally thank you and your team for the Daikin air conditioning system that was installed in my home last year. As I knew I would be investing a reasonable amount of money in a system, I wanted to be sure I was working with the right company. I am glad to say I couldn't be more happy with my choice of both product and the company to do the job.

From the very beginning, through to the completion of the job, your staff were 100% professional, knowledgeable, honest and efficient.

After I sent an email enquiry, Lisa Dainty was my first point of contact. She agreed to do an onsite inspection at my request as I was concerned about what type of system would suit my house. She arrived on time for the inspection, where she took the time to assess the whole house, both inside and out, ensuring a suitable location for the outdoor unit was available, and that the right type of system would be recommended. Other companies who even bothered to do an onsite inspection did not do any of this. She also took the time to put to rest my concerns about the effectiveness of cooling large, open plan areas of my house. Her honesty was exhibited when she even advisor of a minor 'problem' with the 'Vacation Mode' and 'Timer' function of the system that was being recommended. this gave me the confidence that although there was a problem with a system I had not yet purchased, Staycool was an honest company to deal with. Finally, Lisa even noticed a minor maintenance issue with my pre-existing central heater and offered basic advice about it.

After accepting the quote, I was pleased to experience organised and professional planning of the installation date and time, as well as setting a realistic duration for the installation.

The morning of the installation, the team arrived on time. Dale was leading the group of installers. He assessed the plans drawn up by Lisa, confirmed the plan against his opinion and experience, and then finally confirmed the installation plan with me prior to starting work. Dale's approach and professionalism was well and truly beyond my expectation.

The job was finished in one day due to the effective and efficient work of the installation team, and everyone cleaned up appropriately.

Since the installation, I have enjoyed excellent cooling and heating of my home. Thanks to everyone at Staycool.

Mrs Jones rang the office today to express her overwhelming satisfaction with the two electrical technicians that installed a Reverse Cycle split system at her son's apartment. She said often in the past she has dealt with many tradesmen who are rude and unapproachable, but the two technicians today were courteous and very well mannered. She stated even though her son's apartment was a mess both technicians removed their shoes and tried to ensure they made the least mess possible, which she was more than impressed by. Mrs Jones stated that she could not have been happier with the service she received.

More importantly I would like to communicate back to you some very positive feedback that relates to the team of installers that you sent out to install the split system. The first thing that I noticed was that before your installers started they introduced themselves to the customer (one of the best ways to get off to a good start), then from there the service continued to ramp up even more throughout the whole installation process.

They explained the process of what they were going to do and they even held back making noise whilst people were on the phone. They turned up early, the job was completed in a very efficient manor, all rubbish was taken away and the home was left in a tidy state. At the completion of the job they installed the remote to the wall where requested and they took some time to commission and explain the working of the unit to my mother. The other very professional thing that they did that also impressed me was that they insisted that my mother produce the quote for the work so that they could sign it to receipt the payment

I would have no hesitation to have these installers in my own home and I would like you to pass on this feedback to them on a job well done. Thank you again for all of your efforts.
